We now have the fun task of reviewing all the footage shot over the weekend, completing the trench recording and post-excavation analysis.
While Day Three is complete, we have a lot more to come here on Dig Watch, from the villa site and also our first dig in Cornwall.
Upcoming highlights include on-site interviews with Natalie Haynes, John Gater, Prof Suzannah Lipscomb, Neil Holbrook, and our Director Emily Boulting, among others.
