Where's the video?

We're aware of current access issues on some devices affecting the video integration from Vimeo. This seems to be a temporary wider platform issue. We've flagged this with Patreon, and they also ask that users contact them directly at the Patreon Help Center, so that they can troubleshoot, according to the specific device.
Apologies for the inconvenience in the meantime and we hope to have the issue resolved asap!

UPDATE: Patreon's developers are looking into the issue at the moment. For a quick fix, if you are experiencing issues through the app, please try logging in separately through your browser, which may hopefully resolve the issue.

2021-04-01 11:12:07 +0000 UTCFirst time I tried it using Firefox (my default browser) and it didn't work. Second time I tried using Chrome and it seems to work OK. That suggests that there is something non standard about the way that the web page has been set up.

Usually I use the Patreon app on my tablet/phone and at the moment following the links from the Patreon app to Vimeo is when I get the error. I have logged into Patreon on the browser on my tablet and phone and the links from there to Vimeo work OK.

2021-04-01 09:37:41 +0000 UTCDoesn't seem to be much help. Patreon Support just takes me to Knowledge Base which isn't any help for this issue. Most Time Team videos on Vimeo just say 'Page Not Found'. I am using an Android Smart Phone and I don't have access to a computer.
