Sutton Hoo: Jimmy's GPR Diary
Added 2021-12-07 15:17:55 +0000 UTCAs you may have heard, our geophysics team, led by Dr John Gater, have paid a visit to the Royal Burial Ground at Sutton Hoo in recent weeks. We will be sharing much more on this landmark project over time. But for now, our resident GPR guru, Jimmy Adcock, has put together this short video diary for us.
Jimmy was a key member of Time Team for around ten years, bringing his ground penetrating radar expertise to the range of geophysical techniques on offer – and plenty of pranks too!
