Time Team ‘Share Your Stripes’ Watch-Along Competition

To celebrate the return of Time Team, we’re calling on fans to join us for the public premieres of our new episodes (available for free on the Time Team Official YouTube channel) with your own watch-along party, sporting your best Time Team outfits or accessories.
‘Share your stripes’, don your Time Team gear, or make your own, in our virtual watch-along to win a once-in-a-lifetime prize!
We are offering the opportunity for three lucky winners (plus one guest each) to be invited to one of Time Team’s 2022 digs of their choosing, where they will get to watch the activity and meet some of the team first hand. In addition, the winners will receive a mini masterclass from a Time Team expert on the dig site and a bundle of official merchandise to take home, including a limited edition trowel!
TO ENTER
1. Follow Time Team on Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram
2. Like the 'Share your stripes' competition post on our social media page (which will be shared across public channels soon)
3. Join us to watch Time Team’s new episodes on YouTube and ‘share your stripes’ (for example, by sporting a colourful stripy jumper, scarf, hat or mug) or your favourite Time Team gear, posting a photo on your profile or stories on Facebook/Twitter/Instagram of you joining the virtual watch-along. Your watch-along event entry photo can be for any of the new 3 part episodes. Don’t forget to tag us and add the hashtag #TimeTeamIsBack (or #TimeTeam), and ensure the image and profile is publicly visible so we can see it!
4. Alternatively, you can enter by emailing your entry photo to Time Team at info@timeteamdigital.com if you do not have access to the option above. Please confirm that you are happy for us to share your entry photo publicly.
Three winners will be selected at random from a draw of entries received by 23:59 (BST), Monday 18th April 2022.

In honour of our good friend Mick Aston, who inspired so many of us, Time Team will be making a charitable donation to two of Mick's treasured organisations: the Young Archaeologists' Club and Victoria County History Trust.

Mick rekindled in me my long dormant love of archaeology, just before my retirement, I got back into the field and have traveled to and dug in Israel, Jordan and Malta doing what I have always loved. Thanks to Mick and Time Team my life has become even better after retirement.
