It's time for our next 3D model, this time zooming out to take a wider look at the landscape and topography of the site at Boden, Cornwall.

Agree with he Maybees; loved the brief shot on the programme where current landscape was shown overlaid with the geophys. All these programmes, and the recent (and ongoing) digs around major road-building, etc show how intensively used our landscape was, even where it looks pretty bland today. I love Archaeology

2022-03-20 19:12:06 +0000 UTCInteresting, when you zoom and scroll the amount of activity there. Odd little spots that show variations, not just in the present plowing pattern, but what look like a series of little pits. Would love to see what the GeoPhys looked like overlayed on this model
