Prepare to enter the Iron Age... though not the one you might be thinking of.

When we first shared the model on Patreon, some fans suggested it might be the head of a Roman tool – perhaps a chisel or hammer, with the hole indicating where the wooden handle originally slotted in.
However, in this video, Dani explains one intriguing but simple way in which we can be reasonably certain that this find comes from a much more recent era.

Dani is a great storyteller! She also reminded me of my grandmother in Chile using a flat iron with coals!
