With Cameron planning more excavation for this year, Derek is clearly keen for Time Team to revisit this site. But what do you think? Let us know in the comments.

If metal was being produced, was it for purely local use, or could enough be produced to raise the possibility for trade. Any river or larger road routes nearby??

2024-01-29 11:53:46 +0000 UTCRather than looking at Bronze age sites around the coast where we know they exist. what about looking at an overall UK wide explanation of Bronze Age sites. In my research, it looks like Northamptonshire missed the Bronze Age and this raises the question of how many more counties missed the Age. A macro, rather than a micro, understanding would be nice.
