It has been an amazing eight days here in Aldbourne. A very special thanks to Richard Osgood, Operation Nightingale, all the serving personnel and veterans, volunteers, guests, event partners and people of the village who helped make it possible, and made us feel so welcome.
Not least, thanks to you all on Patreon for joining us on the journey and helping us to identify the finds. We've enjoyed bringing you closer to the action, and we'll be feeding back the experience and your comments into our future on-site updates.
There's still plenty more to come from our Band of Brothers dig, including some very special competitions, more photos, finds analysis, 3D models, and - of course - the documentary Special, featuring Sir Tony himself.
We'll be announcing more details on that programme and our other upcoming digs in due course, so stay with us for all the details.

Absolutely *fascinating* glimpses into the past? Check. Pub scenes? Check! A thought I had when they were looking at that discarded, bent dog tag: It was like an outside glimpse into that soldier's memories. Made me smile wryly and think, "Well, it's good enough for government work I suppose." :)
