Looking Forward - Plans for the Future

So v0.3.0 is out in the wild now for $5+ patrons, and I've already gotten a pile of reports about bugs, typos, and general problems. I'm working on fixing all of those as they come in, and I have a little bit of time now to lay out what the future of Lab Rats will look like:

v0.3.1 - Polish up v0.3.0, fix all the bugs, and if I have some spare time add in a few extra minor scenes where I think they're lacking.

v0.4.x - The UI, Images, and Gameplay update. Fix up any gameplay elements that aren't fufilling their purpose and spend some time refactoring all of the code to pave the way for easier content generation in the future. It's also time to ditch as much of the default Ren'py UI as possible and spend some time making the game look prettier. Images for all the different locations are also on the table, plus fixing any image sets that aren't looking so good.

v0.5.x - The Endings Update, part I. Add a bunch of endings for when you reach day 120. There's deffinitly room for a ton of different endings, but to start with I'll be aiming for one for each girl individually, one for the pairs of Lily/Mom and Nora/Stephanie, and one for all five.

v0.6.x - The Major Scenes Update, part II. Add some more major scenes to the game, making sure each girl is involved in at least two more. In addition to adding more content directly, it will make it easier to reach all of the content already in the game without large jumps in behaviour for the girls.

Beyond - In no particular order I would like to dedicate some update cycles to: Adding more minor scenes, expanding the number of locations in the game, giving the player more control over the development of each girl, even more major scenes, more endings with specific special triggers, tweaking previous major scenes to allow for outfit changes, and adding scenes for different fetishes, and even more minor scenes.
