Full UI Update Done

Whew, it's been a long night but the last bit of serious UI work is done. I'm sure I'll tweak a few values here and there over the next few days, but all the art is done for it and I'm liking how it looks.

That doesn't leave much left to do for v0.4. The current big ticket item is the rebalance of the different types of serums and how they're obtained. I've got a plan for that, which I should be able to get in place by tomorrow night. After that, I'll take a look at all the random chance events in the game and change how they're triggered to be a little more reliable. Finally, I want to add a little more record keeping to the new notebook UI for each girl to track how many times you've seen them naked, had sex with them, ect.

I'm not ready to commit to a firm release date, but it should be sometime within the next two weeks for patrons, a week after that for the public.
