Tell me your Top Scores

I'm closing in on the end of development for 0.5 (which is, of course, now only the first part of the endings updates). By tomorrow night I should be done with all of the image sets, and then it's just a matter of testing to make sure everything works correctly before it is pushed out to all of you on Tuesday night / Wednesday morning.

For each ending to trigger a certain "high influence" threshold has to be reached with a girl, and I'm currently choosing the cut off value that will be used for the initial version and refined as we go forward. To help out with that, I need to know what scores people have been achieving in Lab Rats in the latest version. Let me know in the comments section what you've managed to achieve in the latest version!

With previous versions I never get over 80 on last day, on this one I dropped the game after day 96 after I hit a brick wall, again, with all the girl and with not purple serum available. Maybe when the author will decide to make a tutorial to explain how the game works for new users, I'll restart following the game, meanwhile there are plenty other patreon out there where the authors hear their patreons when asked about the difficulty or how the game works.

I still say the resistance is to high. doing 120 days and maybe getting your favorite over 160 not fun. My solution is get to a point where I can make all potions and save page 1. Then Make a page for all the girls and pages for threesomes. It is a pain but barring a change that does not allow my saves. I think I ma ready for every ending you make.

Min) The minimum chance an event has to trigger. Max) The maximum chance an event has to trigger. Start) The chance an event has to trigger at the start of the game. Inc) The amount the chance is increased each time the event is checked but doesn't trigger. After triggering, chance is reset to Min.

As I'm more of a Nora fan than any other, I usually score rather high with her (sometimes 150+). Stephanie and Alexia are easy for me to hit 100-130 with, but mom and Lily very rarely hit the 60-80 mark. A lack of early events with them is usually the case for this, though (I think I only ever got mom's late night scene once in about 3 playthroughs).

I'm sorry if it's super simple. I'm just super stupid which is probably the case.

Hey Vren there is a few images in the game file where Nora and Mom are together. How do I actually make that happen in game?

Looking at the script, if you get the red formula before the purple formula then the option to get purple is off the table.

with a bit of luck, I manage to get around 100+ with Nora + Steph. Mum and Lilly not so much if I'm unlucky (which is most playthroughs) and don't get a chance to spike drinks at night or take Lilly out then I end up around 85%. Alexia is always lowest due to how isolated her "doses" are especially when I'm busy making Red serum for the other four during the time periods where she is available.

Question about the script file: In the random event objects section, what do 'Min, Max, Start, Inc' actually mean? I get that they describe how likely a particular event is, but how exactly?

Being able to make red and purple without her is a bug, good catch on that. I've fixed it up and it'll be pushed out on Tuesday. Same with Nora showing up improperly, also fixed.

Steph 185. You save the talk about the lab option till she's over 80. She'll happily help make serum even if you haven't had the talk about the inventory in this one time event. You go for the top option and see a scene that can only happen once in the game and only if you've planned it like this. Oh....bug, Nora seems to be standing there watching. A pic of Nora pops on during the scene. I never use red serum anymore and run everyone well over 100 if you get the night time scenes at home early.

Already thought of and addressed! At the end of a game, but before the "epilogue" section you get the option for a number of different actions (which require a certain level of influence with one or more girls). These actions, in addition to your final score, determine which ends you get with which girl. Right now there are three "actions": Stay at the lab (or don't), confront mom and Lily at home (or don't), and set Alexia up with an online "business" (or don't). I'll be sure to add a prompt to save your game when you get to the actions section, so you can see what actions lead to what endings.

Played through to Day 62 last night using some save scumming and managed to get all girls over 100 with Nora at 160, all with <15 resistance. Use of red serums definitely boosts things. Still running into the bug where I can get the red serum recipe but not the purple I think? You get both from interactions with Nora, right? Red = search the entire lab and Purple = Get Nora's influence high enough and ask her to help? Am I wrong?

I rarely reached the end, but it's possible to have three girls at ~100 and two others at ~60 by day 60 with enough knowledge of the game. So 120 with everyone in the end is quite real.

Day 119 had 98 - 133. And I like Dubsington's suggestion of choosing from the unlocked endings.

90 is usually OK for Stephanie and Nora. One wrong move with Mom and Lily and I end up in the 50-60 range. It boils down to number of events per week per woman and Mom and Alexia have less than the other 3 women. After some initial frustrations, I modified the resistance and money code to make it more enjoyable. Maybe you can have an Easy-Moderate-Hard option when starting the game?

A suggestion-- can you cause the 'trigger score' to create the *option* of going to that ending? A lot of the fun of ero-games is finding all the content, and it's annoying to have the game suddenly end (and then you have to go back to a save that isn't well placed, and try like heck to avoid the trigger again while working on the other girls). It'd be great if it gave an extra dialog option (or new button or whatever) that let you go to that ending at any point once it is unlocked.

Usually in the 60s for mom and sis, 100+ for Nora and Alexia and much higher for Stephanie, those extra tennis events and the ease of getting her phone number make progress with her far faster.

I don't find it too difficult to get over 100 points with 3 of the girls, then usually like, 75-90 with the other 2. But I've modified it to go for 400 days, pay me 1k/week and drop resistance by 10 per day, so it's been a while since I've played a vanilla version of the game.

BY day 119: Mom - 126, Lily - 147, Alexia - 138, Stephanie - 143, Nora -155. A good amount of save scumming was involved particularly early on, but no file modification. Some of the events are just way too rare or at least inconsistent.

I got them all to around 150 but I modified the game to have resistance drop by 10 each day.

I think I had Mom in the 70s, Nora in the 80s, Lily 90s, Steph/Alexia 110+. I probably could've done better if I'd realized that getting caught by Nora was a good thing (I'd gone back a save a few times after getting caught without seeing what happened), and if I'd known how to get the door code earlier. The Mom seemed to advance very slowly once hitting around the 60s or so though.

at day 118, with high difficult caused by the resistence that wasn't go down enough fast I reached in the 0.4.1: - 61.185 with the mother, it was difficult aside the fact that basically you can drug her only when you can see the movie or in the rare event at night, plus her prices for the "services" are a little high, try to low them of 50. - 76.185 with Lily there was a sis bug that maybe stopped me from progress with her, dunno - 102.75 with Alexia - 101.325 with Stephanie - 102.275 with Nora this are the values that the game give me at the end

By the end of which day? I don't think I've reached "the end" of your game yet as I start it, get to day 40 or so, and then start over because I think of a more stream-lined way to gain influence... (>.
