Render Automation 2.0

I've spent the last two nights rewriting the automation scripts I created to render all the different permutations of body types, breast sizes, clothing types, and character positions. The first version of the script had grown with each update of the game to accommodate new rendering requirements and had started to become unwieldy and hard to maintain. My new version is able to provide me with a much more accurate time estimate for rendering time remaining as well as being flexible and open to future changes.

With these changes complete I have begun to render a small test batch. This batch only includes a single render for each clothing item in each position, using a curvy FF model (the most likely model to cause clipping issues). There are a few things I am testing with this run:

1) Faster rendering settings. I will be looking to see how quality is impacted by using a shorter rendering time.

2) Clothing clipping. The results of this test run should help me find and eliminate clothing clipping. Going forward the automation changes will make it easier to spot check for clipping issues before committing to a full rendering run.

3) New body/face rendering techniques. Bodies and faces are now rendered completely separately and combined in Ren'py. This should eliminate the face-cutout issues that the game currently has. This early run will let me confirm the technique is working as I intended.

Once I have fixed all of the clipping issues I will set the renderer to produce a full run of images to replace those currently in the game. The process should take about a week, during which I will be focusing on resolving several bugs in LR2 and improving the general UI.
