That's my bad, that file was written for v0.1 and hasn't been updated since. It will be removed and replaced by an in game tutorial some time soon.

I've thought about this sixth job as well. On paper, not having it makes it feel as if Int matters less than Cha and Focus. But after playing the game a bunch, it's clear that Focus is by far the most important trait, followed by Int a distant second and Cha being almost irrelevant, since right now 1 HR and 1 Marketing is all you ever need. From the game economics standpoint, I feel that the mechanics should be tweaked so that there would be a reason to actually get a second girl in each of HR and Marketing. However, from the character interactions standpoint, I feel that the company is already getting plenty large. Even as is, the mechanics already encourage you to go all the way to 11/13 girls, which I feel is way too many to meaningfully interact with.

If you are only making $20 a day, try hiring more in supply and production. For comparison, in my late game file (with all the policies - though only the uniforms and male modeling matter for this) I am making a profit of 4100$/day with only 5 workers on each of supply and production.

maybe an auto day control - once the business is running you can hit "play" and time passes automatically while cash builds (or declines). right now i make $20 a day maybe so to get to $5000 will take a couple hours doing the same stasks over and over

Sounds like a great idea, plus that the whole mall need some shops. Maybe something like the shops in PyTFall. Though Pytfall is in development since forever, it that had some working shops when I helped them a while back.

I can't help feeling there's a job missing. You have every permutation of base skill + secondary skill right now except for Int + Cha (Int + Focus = Researcher) Would it make sense to split the Marketing job into Sales and Marketing/Promotion/Public Relations, or is it too late to do that? Sales would be focused on moving product as is, while Marketing/Promotion would focus on getting the brand out there and making Sales' job easier, so functioning much the way HR increases efficiency for the office, instead just increasing efficiency of Sales, either selling products for more, or selling more at once. You could also introduce new events like Trade Shows with these PR girls giving you the chance to meet and poach employees from other companies.

My strategy: get basic medicine research, and create a drug with it, keep on hiring maintaining a balance in supply and production workforce. Compliment work for each new employee a few times. Also one on marketing and one on HR, Money will rise and fall each day, but eventually you'll get enough money daily to buy at least one of the business policies.

I can not figure out how to give serum to the girls. I can them a couple in my personal stock - but the option to give them one never shows up.

If you get the chance and your charisma is ok, complementing her on her work a few times helps.

While I'm happy to have new names, the first girl I hired is named "Jose" I'm assuming she's not a short order chef in a Mexican restaurant and that was a typo :)
