v0.12 Feature Plan
Added 2018-12-12 06:56:37 +0000 UTCI've started work on v0.12 and wanted to share my plans for the major additions and changes for the new version. Back when v0.8 came out I put up a roadmap (here) laying out what my general plans were for the future of the game. v0.11 ended up being a major content addition with minor rendering improvements, but we've otherwise stuck to the plan. That roadmap lists v0.12 as the goal for adding all of the old Lab Rats 1 characters into the game in some form and I think we're on track for that!
So what will adding these characters mean? In the same way that Stephanie received a major role in LR2 as your new head researcher other characters will be given important unique event chains. This update will likely come with a few changes to the world at large to accommodate the new character and their events; in particular you can expect to see a few changes at home. If I have time I would also like to take a look at the "downtown" location right now and finally finish up the work needed to let you visit individual homes instead of having them all stay out in the streets.

2018-12-14 11:32:15 +0000 UTCAbsolutely! All of the mechanical support is in place now, so future updates can be devoted to writing the actual content. The last update filled out the content in the existing positions to a point where I'm happy with them so most of my future sex writing efforts will go to new positions.

The benefit of automating all of my processes is that I can go back and redo work with (relatively) little extra effort. The three default bodies I created way back in... v0.3? are definitely starting to fall behind the quality curve of the rest of the game.

2018-12-12 15:55:03 +0000 UTCWould you consider revising the model for Stephanie? I was honestly a little disappointed in her Daz version; she looked very different in Honey Select/LR1. If she had been a procedurally-generated girl in an interview I would have probably passed over her in favor of someone more attractive. (Which bummed me out, because I thought she and Lily were the two prettiest girls in LR1.)
