2023-09-08 00:41:51 +0000 UTCJust wanna drop a quick reminder from the anime here. During the story arch at Usop's village. We learned that Kuro faked his death by hypnotizing one of his crew to believe he was Kuro. Then Kuro killed a ship full of marines leaving only one alive with a broken jaw. He then hypnotized that marine to believe that he alone had valiantly defeated and captured the fake Kuro. That marine was Morgan. So his entire claim to fame and the reason he climbed through the ranks was actually total BS. But Morgan wouldn't know any better himself.
