As far as the "final" saga is a tough question to answer. Yes we are on the Final Saga but we have no idea how many arcs will be in this Saga. Every Saga hand a different amount of arcs that could range in lengths. It could still be years before this Saga(One Piecein general) is done. Also ep 151 is the EP where 3 out of the 7 of the warlords showed up(Mihawk, Bartholomew Kuma & Donquixote Doflamingo) which day stated it was a better turnout then usual which seems that they don't really show up for these things at all. Crocodile was 1 of the 7 but his title was stripped after the arabasta incident. That's why Laffitte(part of Blackbeards crew you also saw again when BB fought Ace) said he has someone to nominate to take Crocs place. So basically there are 2 more Warlords you haven't seen yet. We are currently on episode 1077. And an episode comes out almost every week
