November - Monthly Prompt Poll

Howdy! 

Apologies for the late post of this poll, a surprise trip out of town manifested in Chance's world, but I'm back and ready to get some votes in here! We got submissions for all five of my OCs that were available for the first iteration of Chance OC month, which is super exciting! See the prompts below, and cast your vote! Poll closes 11/10. Super Swingin' - Hot off her newfound confidence with Zain yet still single and ready to mingle, Longella decides to keep up the dating game and do some "swinging" with more than just her arms from rooftop to rooftop. She catches wind of one of her fellow heroes hosting a secret singles party, ends up meeting a fair share of attractive empowered men, and ends up going home with one.

Hurts So Good - Longella has her first fight with a supervillain, during which her body gets forcibly stretched to its limits. After experiencing it in the field, she decides to try being forcibly brought to her limits in bed.

Overwhelmingly Understimulated - In the days following Marie becoming elastic, she tries to suppress her ability as she fears she might suddenly stretch in public and get into a sticky situation. Little did she know that her suppression and combination of her extreme use of her ability from days ago would cause her DNA to mutate, allowing her to develop plasticity. Upon discovering this, she can't take suppressing her powers anymore and begins some extreme experimentation.

Stretching Her Limits - A few years after getting her powers, Alicia feels like she’s getting into a rut. As such, she starts to engage in some more reckless behavior, putting her shapeshifter body to the test and becoming a bit of a daredevil, doing things that would absolutely be deadly to her human self, but instead provide some interesting experiences as her formless body is mashed and split only to reform good as new.

A Malleable Moral Crisis - The excitement of Elsie's discovery that she can temporarily transfer her abilities to others through touch is at first exciting, until she realizes that, in fact, she really doesn’t know the long term effects of these powers on her, and especially on the non solar powered people around her. Experiencing an elastic panic attack, she struggles to control her shape and size as she flees her apartment and town for a secluded area.  No need for warmth or food she roughs it in the woods/wild, coming to terms with her new physiology and it’s various applications (both practical and personal) without the concern for needing to appear human and in control with someone else.

What If? Stretchanie - In this alternate "what if"  Komalleable one shot, Komal is never exposed to the event that granted her stretchy (and sometimes absorbent and squishy) powers. Her dorm president, secret comic book nerd and would be girlfriend Stephanie Landers, gains a notably more volatile version of them instead. Initially oblivious to the cold hard floor touching her bare feet, the wintery weather on her unusually soft skin, or her freakishly squishier body as she dwells the mostly vacated dorms, when a confused yet somewhat calm Steph becomes fully aware of her newfound malleablity coupled with her inhuman flexibility, she chalks it up to stress and decides to wash it off with a "perfectly normal" hot and steamy shower...

Komelsie - Elsie's “rubber touch” ends up having an even weirder effect when she accidentally uses it on a now friendly Komal. The two merge into a fused form, and bicker until they figure out how to separate, only to find themselves missing those shared sensations…
