Godzilla 1998 title card concepts

The top one riffing on the film's poster showing Godzilla's foot is what I ultimately went with since I liked the composition the most, the middle shows Godzilla crying & running away from the helicopters and the bottom has Godzilla humping the building. Which one do you guys like the most?
