Eccentric Cinema Review: THOU SHALT NOT KILL...EXCEPT
Added 2018-07-31 17:35:41 +0000 UTCMy next episode, "Frankenstein Conquers The World", was supposed to be posted today, but Toho blocking my "Godzilla vs. Hedorah" video has forced me to do some re-editing. When the episode does get posted, Patrons will not be charged for it. In the meantime, here's a review I did for the movie "Thou Shalt Not Kill...Except" done for the website eccentric-cinema.com back in 2012. Considering the movie's has Sam Raimi as a murderous Charles Manson-esque cult leader, there's a good chance it'll eventually become an episode of "Brandon's Cult Movie Reviews".

What is odd is that their are full movies on youtube and they are not blocked, this Japanese movie <a href="https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=04mj44ZxKcc&t=980s" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=04mj44ZxKcc&t=980s</a> has over 100 000 views and no copywright strike. You would think a movie over 40 years old that is only known to Godzilla fans would be ignored. What gives? Does Toho have an axe to grind against Brandon? Maybe one of the Kenny's is the son of Toho's president and you insulted the family name for the last time.

2018-08-02 22:59:15 +0000 UTCI know that the blocking is just an algorithmic issue, but it's so counterproductive for studios to block reviews which hype up their back catalog. It doesn't matter if you're making fun of it, you're still driving sales.
