To touch more on what I was trying to say, Beyonce is not necessarily a bad person even though she is clearly a neoliberal. I just didn't think you gave her neoliberal politics enough space. Her current hyper- Americanism and indulgence in consumer capitalism has sanitized it to the public. I just thought that was more problematic than FBA politics though I agree FBA politics is Trumpism in Blackface.
