Ms. Butters is amusing and I love how Dean just got to be such a big kid! It's also sad to see how he responded to a little nurturing from a mother figure. When this originally aired, it made me feel like we'd been cheated by not getting to see/learn more about the MoL bunker in previous seasons. Was this really the first time Sam and Dean had been to the basement/sub-basement and swa the control panel with the Standy/Reset buttons? They wasted a big opportunity with that, IMO. It was also ridiculous that Jack didn't explain losing his soul and now having it back to Ms. Butters. Lazy writing, IMO.
