I've been very strongly reconsidering my approach to backgrounds, and possibly a format change for chapter 10 altogether. Environment art kinda drags me down, since I more enjoy character art and writing, but-
Ah well, there's still two more updates after this one in chapter 9, so I've got time to consider!
Also, if you notice broken images on this blog or my RT profile, it's because I'm (finally?) dismantling my Angelfire website and switching the esperjunction domain to another registrar. The old registrar is almost, ah, utterly lacking in customer support, so it's a little messy. Doing my best to fix the images and get things tidy over the next week or so, so I apologize in the meantime!
