Plus I don't fully know the difference between the things asked in the question itself ^^; I mean, magic users can move water like a "water bender" but can conjure like a "wizard". A water user could always use the water as a shield and sword if turned into ice. Or just blast them with water. Healing water could just, of course, heal wounds taken; which is what I imagined Kierra doing mainly. But I guess to really answer the question. Would be like a mage and attack from far away.
