“nangierneq” - a 3 piece story of Mortis!

Thank you Mortis^-^ this piece was inspired by the term nangierneq, which is from the Inuit language, which translates to kayak angst. Seal hunters (Mortis in this case) sometimes suffer with panic attacks, especially when hunting alone in small kayaks. I like to think Nanuq would torment Mortis, and scare him into having a panic attack. Poor guy^^’

Oh thank you! I’m not Inuit, but, I do hope to share the culture and some fun folk lore/language from them:) but I do hope to share bits from my culture as well in the Mortis project^^

That along with the zooming in on mortis' face makes the atmosphere seem so oppressive and claustrophobic even when mortis is in open water! Augh sorry this comment is long your art is just so.
