Weekly update #28 - state of animation part 2

Hey all,

A very quick update to follow up on the progress update regarding animation.

I've been at it this whole week again, learning a lot and making some progress.

Still, it is a lengthy process, mostly because once again I ended up redrawing a bunch of the original frame. On top of that, I still had to do the whole relayering/splitting process, so a bunch of work needed on the original PSD. The preview I'm showing is still very much a WIP, as it does not include hair physics and the dude's rigging. Jade's eye rigging also need some work.

I also plan to add fluids on top of this, but the final animation should still look not too different than the preview I linked.

It's getting longer than I anticipated though, so I think I might be about to wrap things up, start cleaning up everything and work on asset integration for the update. I will see how much I will be able to fit in the shipped update, but I do want to start working towards a release.
