It's becoming so common now to cater to the 95% and forget about the other 5%. Both when it comes to service and even the product itself. I find myself sounding silly when I complain about it because people look at the numbers are say, "the 95% have what they want, why would I put more effort in for the 5%". Can be hard to argue from an economic perspective.
