The 7945HX vs 13980HX comparison is probably going to be delayed as I'm having a problem with the Scar 18. Basically when running a game it completely freezes up and dies. It has a different serial number to the original one we reviewed which was fine, so waiting to see if ASUS can swap it as this one clearly has some unknown problem.
While waiting for that I'm going to start doing some of the work for the following laptop GPU comparisons:
4050 vs 4060
4060 vs 4070
4070 vs 4080
4080 vs 4090
The benchmarking is all done, I just need to make the graphs, write the videos, script, film, edit etc. So a lot of work, and the actual videos are probably some time away with one per week, but I might as well get started on those while I'm held up.
Otherwise we started RTX 4070 desktop testing today, for a 4070 laptop vs desktop comparison, and maybe a 4070 vs 4070 Ti comparison. I did the same thing with desktop 3070/3070 Ti last year and it did pretty well.
Apart from that, an MSI GE68 laptop turned up late last week unexpectedly, so testing for a review on that has also started today. Well, back to work, have a good week :)
