Togashi is a huge fan of Jojo's, so ofc you'll see alot of inspirations everywhere, even the power system "Nen" got inspired by the Stand/Hamon powers, and yeh not just Palm got inspired other characters like Knuckle & Hisoka are heavily inspired by it
