Actually, the rat boy doesn't have to do anything with any of my exist characters, except the cat lady. She resembles Stella, but I won't say for sure I wanted to draw her exactly. Let's just say she has a different haircut/hairstyle. (And I forgot about her stripes...)
This sketch is just a random thing, but it means a lot to me somehow. These two went through a tough fight, then the guy lost his arms in the battle or something. But he just kept smiling after his disaster. The feeling I tried to catch is, when really bad things happen, it's the most difficult to maintain a positive attitude. But being positive isn't stupid, if it helps to calm you down, and prevent not to go crazy.
