So Cultist came with a very interesting suggestion; there was an old fighting game called FX Fighter, and there was a mantis queen character called Venam. Because the original design of this character is fairly simplistic, Cultist wanted to see how I would imagine this character. And this is what I came up with: a bit more human like, with parts that look more like weapons. Hope you like it :)

Yeah, I played this a bunch when I was a kid on my Win95, and she was my main. That spin attack she has saved my hide more than a few times. I absolutely adore this redesign, especially how she looks like she’s using those (detachable?) mantis claws of hers like a pair of fighting sticks! ^w^ <333
