It's a guy- sounds uncanily likie Mark Brown- who used to program 3D visual stuff for megadrive games (Toy Story, Sonic 3D, Sonic R etc really interesting stuff). He's making a Director's Cut of Sonic 3D with gameplay improvements which I thought would be interesting for a stream or video.
