Surely being vegan doesn't extend all the way to micro-organisms like mold and stuff. Like you can still eat bread made with yeast? So why would they make "blue" cheese without blue?

I accidentally touched the screen and it wiped out my progress, there’s no way to skip ahead, and it’s very finicky? Normally I thought there was an embed link to the unlisted video but I’m either quite blind or it just didn’t make it into this post. Thank you both anyways (and Matt), you’re all lovely souls, and I hope you’re doing well being cooped up in the house.
