I am studying to become a farrier so that I might one day be able to afford setting up some form of rescue/retirement home for horses and such. Afterwards we applied to a government grant program to help rebuild and retrofit flood resistant features. One recommendation I couldn’t believe was to replace our cheap electric hot water tank, with an expensive instantaneous gas water heater. Ludicrous, can’t collect gas from my rooftop.
