Life Updates: Tested negative for Covid-19 (yay) Patreon Photo Club, and October Snail Mail Surprise!

Hello Dear Patreon Family!

I hope you had a great weekend! Mine was pretty eventful with a little possible covid scare and failed attempt to take a vacation, haha :)

Rambo and I drove to Utah on Thursday with our Furbabies to spend the weekend at the Best Friends Animal Society Sanctuary, the largest no-kill Sanctuary in the nation! We were looking forward to exploring the beautiful hiking trails in the area with Pizza and Bagel, and do some volunteering at the Sanctuary also.

Here's our Dog-ter when we arrived looking very happy at the Best Friends Roadhouse- a hotel recently opened and run by the Sanctuary!

And Bagel, our Fur-son having a great time after running around the on-site dog park.

Alas, all was great until I started feeling sick that night with symptoms similar to the Rona, and after waking up Friday morning feeling even worse, we thought it would be the most safe and responsible thing to go home and get tested *just* in case so that we don't unknowingly spread it to anyone else!

We packed everything up and drove the 4 hour journey back, but at least the landscape was gorgeous.

After getting home to Las Vegas, we went to the local Urgent Care that had no-appointment walk in testing available and thankfully both tested negative- just good old fashioned, boring normal "sick." That was a relief!

On another note, Rambo will be shooting this month's Photo Club images, here's one we did for fun a couple weeks ago. I'm excited to share them with you guys and am brainstorming ideas now!

Today, I have 6 cues to record, totaling 50 cello tracks for a movie soundtrack for Hans Zimmer. I still feel tired and a little out of breath, and my nose is running but it's a good thing I play the cello and not a wind instrument :D

After I finish and deliver the files, I'm excited to be planning this month's Snail Mail Surprise for my Patreon Family Members that tier or above! Please stay tuned to your mailboxes as I will be mailing those out this Friday.
