New Unreal Engine 5 tool for modeling maps

I hope you are all doing amazingly good :D
As you guys already now, I am waiting for the new Pavlov VR update (the migration from Unreal Engine 4 to Unreal engine 5) before continuing the work on the new map, but while waiting I did a lot of learning and prototyping to be ready when the time comes.
Sorry that it takes long, I hope the update get the release soon!
