I can just hear the softness and almost tears of Dr. John while he thanks you for all that you do and the thoughts of him not being able to see you for the duration of the triall in Boise. It made me tear up too!

Sorry, dont know the answer to that one as new myself although I have been watchig & listening since the get go. I am in the UK so the times are tricky.

They do! Or at least most of them. If I do them live on my phone it’s hard to put them on patron, but I’m going to start using a steaming service so I can share all of them

Lauren and John Matthias

This episode was incredible. I've been saying this a lot lately, but one of the best. So well done and impactful from start to finish. Nothing else compares to HTC.

Sorry, I only just joined and posted in the wrong place. Humble Dr John and the exhausted Venus Flytrap. The live on finding EF was really hard to watch and I did have to look away a couple of times but I would never have understood this isolation theory and how it will effect both EF & RF until Dr John explained this research. In a way you think, they will be okay now, they’ve been found and they’ve got medication and pizza and time will do its job. But no, until Dr J went through the research I had no idea. I wish some one would post this lecture to the Parole Board.

Just when I think I can’t get be more impressed by you guys you offer this type of insight! So well done. Lauren I hope you get some rest (as a fellow insomniac I empathized so much with you when I watched this today 🥰). Thank you so much for all that you both do!!!!

I just now watched this live and it was a really important one, thank you both. I’m convinced Jodi knew she was doing things that were wrong. Why wouldn’t her first reaction be worry, asking the police if there was a dangerous situation going on, otherwise? Or that could maybe be a cultural thing? Here in Sweden I don’t see ANYONE with a clear conscience responding like that to a swat team knocking on the door. Later on she talks to her lawyer and I’m pretty sure she says that (…) has been lying to them (the cops) and that’s why they’re there.

Why do they believe that their extreme torture is ok ? I mean , it wouldn’t be against the law then , would it ? What’s really scary is that there are more people just like Ruby and Jodi whose sense of self is twisted . Thank you for continuing to expose these freaks !

Precise analogy with “ Zone of Interest “

I appreciate the thoughts at the end of the video. Specifically the remarks on bearing witness to events like this and the significant impact of neglect. I spoke with a coworker about why I felt I needed to see the uncensored pictures of R’s wounds. It feels like a responsibility to try and get the full scope of what happened to R and E. And the harm that neglect and intimidation does, especially to kids, is something the general population needs to understand more. Trying to counter the harm neglect does is incredibly challenging. Neglect is covert, and insidious. It changes people to their core. I work with kids in who have a lot of trauma in their backgrounds. Those who endured neglect struggle so much. Dr John, if you have any resources for caregivers or other adults like teachers, case workers etc, who work with children who have experienced neglect that would be really helpful.

Such a good point: the fear that gets masked by anger. John's insights are so right on.

That was Rudolf Hoess the commander of Auchwitz for most of the period of the war. It is such an extraordinary movie, so effective without the horrific images we have all seen many times. IMO Jodi believes that it is everyone else who does not understand what she understands.

elizabeth earnshaw

Exactly! She knows but she doesn't understand. She is so out of touch with how wrong she is as she lives her life making up her own rules, and creating her own world. We know she is just about to move to a ranch, further away from the encroachment of reality.
