Good question. I am unsure if I believe that Maddie and her mother even had regular medical and psychiatric healthcare. Other than some medications which they took inconsistently. I didn’t take my daughter to have a pelvic exam until older but that is when menstrual pain and STD’s might show up if a child is being s.a. by older boys or adults. The medical examiner has never said she was pregnant but they could also be keeping more personal information out of the news media for the purpose of not tainting the jury pool against the defendant.

In America when a girl turns 13, is that an invite to her first gyno appointment? You could understand why Maddie would be upset and why SS would be terrified. I'm in Scotland and I don't think I had my first smear test till I was about 18.
