Kathy, I understand your perspective. Every church on this earth has individuals in that church who take things to the extreme, have mental disorders that effect others negatively, and make choices that are criminal or hurtful. These individuals are not reflective of the religion as a whole. The focus need not be on the religion itself necessarily, but the victims of individuals who commit crimes, abuse or otherwise injure others and how/why.

You cover all of the LDS cases and not once do you try to defend the church when all of the crazy comments are being flung around, looking like these crazy cases are the “norm”. I respect you and John but I can no longer stand by (as an active member in high standing). It’s just not right.
