The nightmares can feel a bit too real

Mitch after his accident suffered with incredibly frequent panic attacks. Both Kaia and him have their anxieties so they are able to lean on each other in situations like this. However when he has panic attacks he feel guilty for it. Like he’s done something wrong.
It’s hard to show parts of yourself that you yourself hate, but if you do you may find that your relationship will actually grow stronger.
