There's such a lot of great things in this page. The emotion coming from Henry is conveyed very well through body language, the nurse/doctor's expression is great, showing that she's trying to cheer him up but not being 100% cheerful herself. Plus even without knowing the rest of the story, the amount of information you can pick up from the dialogue is really interesting.
