February '25 Release 1: Traveler's Highway

This month brings us the Travelers Highway - a scene with many options. I've included folders, to separate some of the options, in the CSP file. If I can better organize the files, let me know!
Really pretty happy with how the look came out. Contrasting shadows and light across terrain took a step with this release. My cliffs continue to improve (I think). The road work was decent.
