Written by Prince, all instruments played by Prince including programming of the Oberheim OB-DX drum machine. Recorded in 1982. Vanity (Denise Matthews), his girlfriend at the time, sang the song. Weird fact: she became a preacher and denounced the song in the 90s.
She died two months before Prince, in 2016. Not sure why I'm even mentioning this stuff. Hope I didn't kill the mood!
