She means her horns and her chest. IIRC in Krow's original comic, Guinness was insecure about her horns not being as big as her older sisters', which I've seen people say was a tongue-in-cheek metaphor for her being insecure about her bust size. Now she matches her sisters in both departments, and seems rather proud about it.
