Kroashent - Starlight and Steam

In addition to its more overt mythological and historical inspirations, Kroashent also draws heavily on many tropes and cues of anime. I've been wanting to draw an "onsen" (Hot Springs) image with the cast for quite some time, and am incredibly happy at how they turned out here.
In Alvez, the world of Kroashent, Hot Springs, such as the one picture here, are found throughout the world, especially in the icy Northern island of Fjallkonan and the volcanic mountains of the Arvern in the south. In Breizh, many of these springs were converted into bathhouses during the time of the Empire, but secluded, natural springs like this one can be still found to those who know where to look. Relaxing sore muscles in these tranquil hot springs is a popular pasttime for many in Alvez.
