2020-08-02 23:39:42 +0000 UTCI had always wondered why the scarecrow didn't immediately take Dean and the girl, while they were tied up and before Sam got there. I now think it's because Dean and the girl weren't really a Couple, and the Scarecrow requires actual couples. That's why it took that married couple at the end. Good riddance to them! I like how we some times get the Just Deserts part in this show.
