Rouge's Finishing Move (Blockout/WIP)

I've mentioned I'm trying to focus a lot on improving character animation. Here's a little dingus I've been working on featuring Rouge if she had some kind of fighter EX move or something. Obviously not done. Animation needs another pass, there's a bunch of effects missing, etc.
