Trainees and Recruits (Poll)

Flash poll! I am beginning to incorporate the "Captain's squad" into the game: you get your own little squad of green recruits to lead and mold if you're a captain or higher. Each day off you can take some time to train them, and their performance (and what path you set them on) will have some effects late in the game.

If you've played the alpha build and Shery's latest day off, you've met two of the recruits already:

Justyn Hattoc, a cranky former bard and minstrel who's now serving as an Enchanter (uses a gun)
Cybele Minte, a precocious Elf who's either disastrous at time-management or just very lazy (uses a sword)

I'm thinking there will be three or four on MC's squad (all the other captains manage their own, too): vote below on who you want MC to take under their wing (cue Caine dying of jealousy). I'll incorporate the top two choices into MC's team!

Options:

Daren Corby, an arrogant, straight-laced teacher's pet who always wants to be at the top of the pack (Ket, male, javelin-user)
Tiernan Smith, a young and rebellious recruit barely out of his teens and not used to taking orders (Norm, male, knife-thrower)
Ysa Ull, a calm but silent Ice-Mage from the North who hates being touched (Mage, female, Aquaeri)
Alisa Thepoly, a shallow and immature recruit who loves to gossip (Norm, female, archer/horse-rider)
Daga Folmar, a xixian Elven thief who can't keep their fingers to themselves (Elf, non-binary, dart-user)

Oh, did you think they were going to be... functional, lol? MC's going to want to quit by the end of this :-)
