I feel like for suggestions I love lots of different options, always love the videos with multiple triggers overlapping, affirmations/supportive whispers, ear massage, etc. For something new (unless youβve done it on YT) I think something that could work with your style is the towel over the mic, where it is sort of a ramble video but with light touches of the towel creating a nice trigger.
