That belly button is deeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep/. Rinari has had some practice being full. I think she can shove off with her legs and roll and slosh around if she needs too. You'll see in the next page she can shift around pretty fast.

And I highly doubt she can force Misaki to become skinny as you know Bro could just refuse to get her any more food or simply outright ban deliveries to his house. I think she is going to have to soon dance to his toon per say. Also how can Rinari even move and that belly button looks incredibly deep.
