This is suppose to be Orinbelle's younger brother who runs a small book store "Under the Moon". I wanted him to be a mysterious and handsome looking fellow who's very timid. I'm not overall satisfied with this design. My favorite parts are the legs, shoes, broom and...scoop? To be fair I just settled on one sort of thing I came up with last night but this isn't quite the character I saw in my head when I was thinking things up. The shirt sleeves were to give him a counter to Orin's pants but I don't think it ultimately fits right with the over all design.
